WHAT WE WILL DO

We will represent and connect you with the new and existing businesses across the globe to get more quality leads and appointment settings for your sales team.  This will be achieved by searching and understanding companies and their management structure and arranging qualified meetings with the Right Contacts/Decision Makers to create an opportunity for your team to attend. You will be expected to achieve a minimum target of 3-meetings attended per week.

We will be responsible for:

Booking Meetings

  1. Calling from a provided list of leads to arrange qualified meetings with Key Decision Makers of top/leading companies within a given industry.
  2. Familiarising ourselves with the companies within your list to obtain and confirm key information including turnover, sector, employee numbers and ownership

Researching Clients

  1. Review and research management structures to identify key Decision Makers, their areas of responsibilities and potential business opportunities.
  2. Identify contact numbers and email addresses.

Relationship Building

  1. Build sustainable, business relationships with B2B clients via the telephone and email.
  2. Identify the support staff for the Decision Maker, contact, and provide the relevant information to successfully arrange a suitable meeting date and time for both parties

Lead Management

  1. Daily use of Sage CRM to manage your leads and to create a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  2. Add notes of all communications made with the client.
  3. Diarising call backs and follow up communication.
  4. Updating new contact and company information as you find it.

Administration

  1. Ensure that Outlook Calendar Invitations are sent to and received by all parties attending the meeting.
  2. Completion on daily and weekly statistics.
